2. Studio Services & Proposals
All formal production agreements, marketing campaigns, branding identities, and bespoke software solutions are governed by individualized Statements of Work (SOW) executed between Highdeen and the client entity. Online quote requests represent non-binding preliminary scoping inquiries.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All brand marks, editorial articles, original trailers, and web designs featured on this website are the proprietary property of Highdeen or licensed from our respective studio partners. No reproduction or distribution is permitted without written consent.
4. Governing Law
These terms and any disputes arising out of your engagement with Highdeen shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable commercial laws.
